BIRMINGHAM, Ala. For the second time in just over a week, Lee University's Josiah Brooks claimed his second NCAA Division II provisional qualification mark with his performance in the triple jump at the KMS Invitational. The all-day Sunday event was held at the Birmingham Crossplex.
